Installation of libssh2

Apply a patch to fix incompatibility with recent OpenSSH releases:

patch -Np1 -i ../libssh2-1.10.0-upstream_fix-1.patch

Install libssh2 by running the following commands:

./configure --prefix=/usr --disable-static &&
make

To test the results, issue: make check.

Now, as the root user:

make install

--disable-static: This switch prevents installation of static versions of the libraries.
