Installation of libtheora

Install libtheora by running the following commands:

sed -i 's/png_\(sizeof\)/\1/g' examples/png2theora.c &&
./configure --prefix=/usr --disable-static &&
make

If you wish to run the tests, issue: make check.

Now, as the root user:

make install

If you wish to install the examples (so that you can hack on theora), install them as the root user:

cd examples/.libs &&
for E in *; do
  install -v -m755 $E /usr/bin/theora_${E}
done

Command Explanations
