Introduction to Sound Juicer

The Sound Juicer package contains a simple CD ripping tool which can be used for extracting the audio tracks from audio compact discs and converting them into audio files. It can also play the audio tracks directly from the CD, allowing you to preview the CD before ripping it.

This package is known to build and work properly using an LFS-7.6 systemd platform.

Installation of Sound Juicer

Install Sound Juicer by running the following commands:

./configure --prefix=/usr &&
make

This package does not come with a test suite.

Now, as the root user:

make install
